Join Our Team!

We are a growing flooring installation company looking for an organised, customer-focused Flooring Installation Coordinator to join our office team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple projects, and communicating with customers, installers, suppliers, and internal staff to ensure flooring projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.

If you have strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and enjoy solving problems, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate flooring installation appointments.
Communicate with customers regarding project timelines, deliveries, and installation details.
Coordinate daily schedules for installation crews.
Order and track flooring materials and installation supplies.
Work closely with sales staff, warehouse personnel, and installers to ensure projects are ready for installation.
Prepare work orders, installation packets, and project documentation.
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve scheduling or material issues.
Maintain accurate customer files and project records.
Process change orders, warranty requests, and service calls.
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
Assist with general office administration and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous experience in scheduling, project coordination, customer service, or office administration.
Flooring, construction, or home improvement industry experience is preferred but not required.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and the ability to learn company software.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
