Salary: £24,500 per annum plus OTE bonus opportunity

The normal working hours are 40.5 hours per week, worked over 5 days: to include both a Saturday and Sunday

We’re looking for a Sales and Service Contact Centre Agent to join our dynamic team as the first point of contact for our valued customers. In this role, you’ll be supporting customers through one of their most exciting purchases, providing expert assistance over the phone with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

No prior car knowledge? No problem! We offer full training to get you up to speed. What matters most is your ability to communicate clearly, solve problems confidently, and bring energy to every conversation. Key responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls with a focus on exceptional service.
Problem Solving: Your goal is to make the process easy for the customer by offering solutions to any issues that arise.
Customer Excitement: You'll be helping customers during a significant purchase, meaning you'll need to match their excitement and enthusiasm.
No Prior Car Knowledge Needed: The role offers fully paid training, so you don’t need to be an expert in cars, just have a positive and friendly attitude.
Supportive Team: The company values a supportive team environment and highlights the friendly nature of the people you'll be working with.
