Overview

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor and Receptionist, where you will be the welcoming face of our hotel during overnight hours. This vital role combines the responsibilities of ensuring smooth front desk operations with the accuracy of nightly financial and administrative tasks. Your energetic and guest-focused attitude will create a positive experience for our guests while maintaining the security and integrity of the property. Duties

Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries in a friendly, professional manner
Handle all guest requests promptly, ensuring a memorable stay through exceptional guest services
Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions, including billing and account adjustments
Conduct nightly audits to verify room charges, reservations, and cash handling procedures
Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks around the property during overnight hours
Respond to emergency situations or guest concerns with calm professionalism and swift action
Manage incoming phone calls with proper phone etiquette, directing inquiries to appropriate departments or personnel

Requirements

Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred; familiarity with front desk operations is a plus
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse guest populations
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for engaging with guests and team members
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for financial and administrative tasks
Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining alertness and professionalism
Knowledge of hospitality software systems or property management systems is beneficial
A positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
