Full job description

Join ECCO as a Store Manager in our Tottenham Court Road store.

Job type: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Hours: Full-time working 38 hours a week, including weekends.

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent time management abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring the store meets its sales targets, and maintaining a positive shopping environment for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of sales advisors to achieve store objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales reporting.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue to your store.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
Manage staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations to foster professional development.
Communicate effectively with team members and customers to address inquiries or concerns.
Maintain an organised store environment that reflects the brand's image and values.

About You:

Proven experience managing a team in a retail environment.
Commercially driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and growing profit.
A track record of recruiting, motivating, and developing high-performing teams.
Sales-focused with a keen understanding of excellent customer service and retail standards.
Strong communication, time management, planning, and organisational skills.
