Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Hire Controller for our South West Hub in Evesham

Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for customer bookings and enquiries via phone and email.
Liaise with the workshop staff for any preparation of hire / sale orders, breakdowns or damages.
Managing a volume of outgoing / incoming hires from customers.
Process customer orders onto company ERP system.
Work with customers & suppliers to secure hire/sales opportunities.
Build strong customer relationships.
Manage the day to day transport operations for site deliveries and collections.
Resolve any customer issues.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in a similar role within a hire company is preferred.
Ability to prioritise tasks and adjust schedules as needed.
Experience with hire desk operations
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with team members and customers.
Proficiency in IT systems, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
