Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrator to join our team! This vital role involves managing daily office operations, supporting team members, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to help keep our office running efficiently. Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing inquiries and taking messages as needed
Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically, ensuring easy access to important documents
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications and QuickBooks
Handle routine administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, and mailing correspondence
Assist with invoicing, billing, and expense tracking using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders to ensure smooth daily operations
Purchasing material and consumables

Qualifications

Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Strong organizational skills
Previous administrative experience is preferred ideally in a fabrication or sheet metal work role
