Full job description

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Order Processor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders, and supporting the smooth flow of goods through the warehouse. You will work closely with warehouse operatives, dispatch, to ensure orders are completed on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Process customer orders accurately using the warehouse management system.
Verify order details and ensure all information is correct before release.
Prioritise workloads to ensure all orders are processed within agreed deadlines and dispatch cut-off times.
Monitor order progress and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
Update customers and internal teams on order status where required.
Maintain accurate records of orders, stock movements, and documentation.
Follow company health and safety procedures and maintain a tidy working environment.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
The ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or order processing role is desirable.
You will be required to work alternative weekends via a rota (5 days from 7).

Pay: £26,436.00-£30,000.00 per year
