Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager or deputy manager willing to step up and set up a new children's home. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for service delivery, team performance, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a vibrant, community-focused service, with the support of an experienced leadership team and the opportunity to shape and grow the service.

Duties

Leading the day-to-day operations of the services
Ensuring strong CQC compliance and high-quality care delivery
Managing, developing and motivating a dedicated care team
Overseeing recruitment, staffing levels and retention
Driving service performance, occupancy and growth
Managing budgets and delivering against KPIs
Building strong relationships with local authorities, commissioners and stakeholders

Key Criteria:

An experienced Registered Manager — or a strong Deputy ready to step up
Level 5 qualified (or working towards) in Health & Social Care
Confident with CQC standards and inspections
A strong leader who can develop and inspire teams
Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets and targets
An excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills

Pay: From £50,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
