Job Summary:

Richly Rich Wealth Management & Advisory Ltd is seeking a highly accomplished and client-focused Managing Director – Wealth Management to lead the firm's wealth advisory, investment strategy, client relationship management, and business growth initiatives. This executive leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee a high-value client portfolio, drive strategic expansion, and shape the future direction of a growing wealth management and advisory organization.

We are looking for a commercially minded leader with strong relationship-building capabilities and a passion for helping clients achieve long-term financial success through tailored wealth management solutions.

What You'll Do:

Develop and execute the firm's wealth management and business growth strategy
Lead wealth advisory, investment planning, portfolio management, and client engagement initiatives
Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and corporate clients
Drive client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across wealth management services
Collaborate with executive leadership to identify new market opportunities and service offerings
Oversee business development, strategic partnerships, and client relationship management activities
Monitor market trends, investment opportunities, and economic developments to support informed decision-making
Establish operational standards, performance metrics, and service excellence initiatives
Manage financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing advisory and client service teams

Requirements:

Experience in wealth management, financial advisory, investment management, private banking, financial planning, or related executive roles
Strong leadership and business development capabilities
Excellent client relationship, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience managing high-value client portfolios and wealth advisory services
Strong commercial awareness, strategic thinking, and financial analysis abilities
Ability to lead organizational growth and operational excellence initiatives
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and people leadership skills
Relevant financial qualifications or equivalent professional experience are advantageous but not essential
