Full job description

Overview
We are seeking vigilant and professional Door Supervisors to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and security at our venues, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. As a Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for monitoring entry points, managing crowd control, whilst offering excellent customer service across all our venues and events

Duties

Monitor the entrance and exit points of the venue to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
Implement effective crowd control measures during peak times or events.
Provide assistance in emergency situations, including administering first aid when necessary.
Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to security.
Prepare incident reports detailing any occurrences or breaches of security.

Requirements

Previous experience in a security role is preferred, minimum of 5 years experience working in private members venues & events
Certification in first aid is highly desirable, as well as ACT and WAVE certification.
Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) licence is required for this position
Must have good availability for day, evening and night shifts.
