Spa Leisure Manager Overview:

To manage the Spa Leisure facilities to a standard commensurate with the Tylney Hall Hotel, ensuring outstanding customer service across all areas of the operation.

Spa Leisure Manager Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of the spa, gym, pool, and leisure facilities.
Lead, motivate, and develop the spa and leisure team.
Drive spa treatment, retail, and membership sales to achieve revenue targets.
Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
Manage staffing, rotas, budgets, and stock control.
Maintain compliance with health and safety, hygiene, and company standards.
Work closely with hotel departments to maximise guest experience and commercial opportunities.
Perform a range of spa and wellness treatments
