As our next Reception Team Member at Four Points Flex by Sheraton Cardiff:

You will demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences throughout the guest journey.
You will provide excellent guest service throughout the hotel and to efficiently process administration of the front desk tasks, being the first point of contact for arrivals, departures and guest interaction. You will handle all guest requests and enquiries promptly, efficiently and in accordance with the hotel’s policies.

We are looking for individuals with a genuine interest in pursuing a career in hospitality to join our growing business and to contribute to and share our success. This is a full time position, 5 days a week with various shifts.
