Job Opportunity: Data Entry Assistant

Location: Wandsworth, London SW18

Full-time / Part-time / On-site | £14.50p/h | Employee-Owned Company

Opus Magnum is a high-quality, bespoke furniture manufacturer based in Wandsworth SW18. As an employee-owned business, we take immense pride in our collaborative culture, expert craftsmanship, and innovative approach. We work on a diverse range of exciting projects for leading corporate clients and UK institutions — combining creative design with the highest standards of precision and quality.

We are looking for a data entry assistant to work in our office – remote working is not possible. The role can be full or part-time (min 20 hours per week) and is initially for 3-4 months.

Key Responsibilities:

To transfer data / file names from production drawings to our purchasing software & database.
To carry out the above with a methodical and consistent approach.
To track and log incoming quotes, purchase orders and incoming goods as instructed.
There may be an opportunity to take on other roles within the office, primarily linked to the purchasing department.

Skills & Experience:

Experience of working with Microsoft Office software.
Ability to navigate assorted spreadsheets.
