About Rhythm N Vape LTD

We are a customer-focused vape retailer committed to providing high-quality vaping products, expert advice, and outstanding customer service. We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Showroom Executive to join our team and help create a welcoming, professional shopping experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
Assist customers in selecting suitable vaping devices, e-liquids, and accessories based on their needs.
Demonstrate product features and explain safe and responsible product use.
Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Maintain an attractive, clean, and well-stocked showroom.
Monitor stock levels and assist with stock replenishment and inventory counts.
Ensure products are correctly displayed and priced.
Handle customer enquiries, returns, and complaints professionally.
Stay up to date with new products, promotions, and vaping industry trends.
Follow all company policies and legal requirements, including age verification and responsible retailing.
Support the team in achieving sales targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
Sales experience is an advantage.
Vaping Knowledge is an advantage but not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays where required.

Essential

Must be 18 years or older due to the sale of age-restricted products.
Right to work in the UK.
Employment to start from 1st August 2026. The right candidate will have an immediate start.
