Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of daily office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and handling phone inquiries with professional etiquette
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications, and Glass Office.
Maintain organized records of correspondence, invoices, and other essential documents.
Handle incoming calls with courteous phone etiquette and direct inquiries appropriately
Assist with clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, mailing, and inventory management to keep the office running seamlessly

Requirements

Proven experience in an office environment demonstrating strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and mainly Glass Office.
Previous administrative experience with data entry, clerical duties, and customer service preferred
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Strong typing skills for efficient document preparation and data management
Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines is a plus
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
