We are Wilsons Carpets, a family business established in 1968. We employ 300 people across our stores, warehouse, transport & head office but still hold family business values. Apply now to become a part of our growing team!

We are looking for a Warehouse Stock Admin at Wath, Unit 7 Houndhill Park, Bolton Road, Wath Upon Dearne, Rotherham, S63 7LG.

Package

Salary £28,080.00 per annum (Plus OTE £1,040.00 per annum attendance and attitude bonus - Paid £260.00 per quarter)

Contract Full Time Permanent

Shift Patterns 40 hours per week

Rotating shift pattern Days and Afters

Monday to Friday - 06:00 to 14:30 and 14:00 to 22:30

Overtime Payable at x1.25 after 40 hours Monday to Friday

Payable at x1.5 weekends

Role overview

At Wilsons, our warehouse admins represent a crucial part of the team highlighted by the variety of daily tasks. Our admin team manages daily warehouse operations, focus on inventory accuracy, process inbound shipments, but supporting with the outbound ones too. Using our WMS system, a warehouse admin is responsible for tasks like tracking stock, running reports and ensuring excellent communication between warehouse and stakeholders, maintaining a smooth supply chain flow.

Key Responsibilities

· Inventory and stock control

Monitor stock levels, process receipts/packing slips, update stock locations, perform stock checks, investigate and resolve discrepancies.

· Documentation

Generates reports, manage shipping documentation

· Coordination

Maintain excellent communication with internal teams and external parties.

· Data Management

Accurate data entry using WMS

· Quality

Conduct quality checks on goods, investigate and report damages

· Staff Support

Skills required

· Excellent organisational skills

Knowledge

· Supply chain processes

· Previous experience working with WMS

· MS office/Google Drive

Experience

· Warehouse experience (minimum 3 years)

· Warehouse stock control experience (minimum 1 year)

· Logistics/administrative experience

· Goods in

Skills Desirable but not Essential

Reach Truck/Scissor Lift license preferred, but not essential

Receptionist experience preferred, but not essential
