Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated hospitality professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service within a dynamic environment. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in hospitality, food preparation, and general hospitality operations, ensuring memorable experiences for our guests. Prior experience in restaurant settings or barista roles is advantageous, alongside a strong commitment to food safety standards.

Duties

Providing excellent service to guests, including taking orders and serving food and beverages with professionalism and courtesy
Assisting in food preparation and presentation to meet quality standards
Supporting catering events by setting up and organising food stations and serving areas
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, counters, and kitchen spaces, toilets and both play area.
Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene practices at all times
Managing guest enquiries promptly and efficiently, creating a welcoming atmosphere
Collaborating with team members to deliver seamless service experiences

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality role is preferred
Experience working as a barista is considered an asset
Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is desirable
Familiarity with food preparation techniques and customer service principles will be advantageous
A personable attitude with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team is essential
We are looking for someone that is over 18.

Pay: £12.71-£12.72 per hour
