A little about Pure Emporium
Pure Emporium has been established in Hereford since 2013 and has grown from a beauty salon into a busy, multi-award-winning Skin & Laser Clinic, with a loyal client base and an extensive treatment menu.
We offer everything from traditional beauty and relaxation treatments through to advanced skin treatments, CACI facials, laser and IPL, microneedling, skin rejuvenation and professional skincare.
We continually invest in our clinic, our treatments and, most importantly, our team.
You'll have access to modern treatment rooms, professional products, advanced equipment and everything you need to carry out your treatments to the highest standard.
We also believe that work should be somewhere you enjoy coming to. We have regular team meetings and catch-ups, provide ongoing support and training.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a fully qualified Beauty Therapist who is confident working with clients and managing a busy treatment column.
You'll be warm, friendly and professional, with a genuine passion for our industry and for making people feel good.
Exceptional customer service is incredibly important to us. We want every client to feel comfortable, cared for and confident that they're receiving the very best treatment and advice.
You should be someone who takes pride in your work, enjoys getting to know your clients and understands the importance of recommending the right treatments and products rather than simply carrying out an appointment.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to be part of a team.
Qualifications & experience
You will need to be:
NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualified or equivalent
We are particularly interested in hearing from therapists with experience in:
- Facials and skincare
- Waxing
- Massage
- Lash and brow treatments
- Manicures and pedicures
- Gel polish application and removal
Experience in the following would be a fantastic advantage, although it is not essential:
- Advanced facial treatments
- Electrical facials
- Laser and IPL treatments
- Advanced skincare
If there are treatments within Pure Emporium that you aren't currently qualified in, there will be opportunities for further training for the right person.
What will your role involve?
As an experienced therapist, you'll be responsible for confidently managing your own treatment column while delivering the high standard of service our clients have come to expect.
Your responsibilities will include carrying out treatments within your qualifications and experience, providing excellent client consultations and aftercare, recommending appropriate treatments and homecare products, maintaining accurate client records and helping to keep treatment rooms and the wider clinic beautifully presented.
You'll also play an active part in the clinic, helping us promote our treatments and products, supporting your fellow team members and assisting with opening and closing where required.
We have a busy and established client base, so being comfortable working to treatment timings and managing a full column is important.

There will be opportunities for additional training in treatments you aren't currently qualified in, as well as ongoing development within the clinic.

Working hours
Pure Emporium is open Tuesday to Saturday, with working hours available between:
Tuesday: 9:00am – 7:00pm
Wednesday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Thursday: 9:00am – 7:00pm
Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 3:00pm
Full-time and part-time applications will be considered, with exact working hours discussed with the successful candidate.
