Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. In this vital role, you will support the conveyancing process by managing legal documentation, coordinating with clients and ensuring smooth property transactions. Your expertise will help facilitate efficient property transfers, title searches, and compliance with relevant laws. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your legal skills within a fast-paced, collaborative environment dedicated to excellence in Conveyancing.

Duties

Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions, including contracts and deeds
liaising with clients
Conduct title searches and coordinate with title companies to verify property ownership and encumbrances
Manage case files using legal case management systems
Assist with the drafting of legal correspondence and documentation for conveyancing matters
Coordinate communication between clients, lenders, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions
Review documents for accuracy and completeness; proof read and transcribe legal materials with precision
Maintain organized filing systems for all conveyancing files and ensure timely data entry and document management
Support project management activities related to ongoing conveyancing cases to meet deadlines efficiently
Provide executive administrative support when required, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence

Experience

Paralegal experience in conveyancing is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of legal administrative processes and document review procedures
Experience using document management systems
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
Effective communication skills for interviewing clients and coordinating with various parties
Demonstrated attention to detail in proofreading, transcription, and drafting legal documents
Ability to handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, phone etiquette, and general administrative support with professionalism
