Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and managing various office tasks. This position requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in computer applications, and excellent phone etiquette.

Duties

Manage daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Handle incoming calls professionally, providing information and directing inquiries as necessary.
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Utilise Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
Maintain financial records using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
Support the team with administrative tasks as required to enhance productivity.
Organise meetings and prepare necessary materials for presentations or discussions.

Requirements

Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in computerised systems, particularly Google Suite and QuickBooks.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in data entry and record management.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
