Full job description

Supafit Flooring is one of the South's leading independent flooring specialists. We have build a reputation for high quality, great customer service and the best prices.

About the role:

We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Flooring Sales Administrator to join our team. This is a key role supporting our sales operations, ensuring a smooth customer journey from initial enquiry through to order completion and after-sales support.

Responsibilities:

Handling incoming sales enquiries via phone, email and in-person
Preparing and processing customer quotations and orders
Co-ordinating with Suppliers, Fitters and our Warehouse Team
Maintaining accurate customer and order records
Supporting the sales team with any administrative tasks
Follow up on leads and outstanding quotations
Managing customer queries or complaints, providing excellent customer service
Assisting with stock control and product information updates
Maintaining and cleaning our showroom, restocking samples & brochures.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales administration and customer service roles
Strong organisational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
Great Maths & English skills
Good working knowledge or Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A positive and proactive attitude

Desirable:

Experience within the flooring industry
Familiarity with an order processing system
Quantify and plan flooring installations
