Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations within our vibrant establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a comprehensive understanding of food service management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold high standards of food safety and quality. Previous experience in restaurant or hotel environments, along with culinary knowledge, is highly desirable.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities to ensure smooth operation and excellent customer experience
Manage staff schedules, delegate tasks, and oversee team performance to foster a motivated and efficient workforce
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain high culinary standards
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all areas of the establishment
Assist in food production and kitchen operations as needed, including serving and barista duties
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control to minimise waste
Handle customer enquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and promote a welcoming atmosphere
Implement training programmes for staff on hospitality best practices, food safety, and service excellence
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to maintain quality standards

Requirements

Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment
Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive working environment
Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
Familiarity with food safety regulations and standards in the UK
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Leadership qualities combined with outstanding communication skills
Experience in culinary roles such as chef or barista is advantageous but not essential
Hospitality background including hotel or serving experience is desirable
A personable attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

This role is ideal for a dedicated professional eager to lead a thriving team while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Pay: £31,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
