Job Summary

As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of our award-winning restaurant — welcoming guests, creating memorable dining experiences, and ensuring every visit exceeds expectations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team in a fast-paced, vibrant environment where excellence is the standard.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, courteous service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems or manually
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any concerns promptly
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tables, service stations, and dining areas
Follow food safety regulations and proper handling procedures at all times
Assist with basic food preparation tasks when required, adhering to hygiene standards
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
Manage multiple tables efficiently during busy periods while maintaining professionalism

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is advantageous but not essential; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are key
Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques preferred
Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
Basic maths skills for handling bills and transactions accurately
Ability to handle fast-paced environments calmly under pressure
Guest service-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanour
Willingness to upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
