Full job description

Sales Consultant – Warm Leads

Remote / Flexible Hours | 10–15 hours per week | Basic Pay + Commission

Fitter Body Ladies is a growing network of ladies-only fitness studios helping women over 30 become fitter, healthier and more confident.

We are looking for a friendly, organised and motivated Sales Consultant to follow up with local women who have already expressed an interest in joining our popular 28-Day Challenge.

This is a warm-lead role—there is no cold calling. You will speak with prospective members, learn about their goals and circumstances, explain how our programme could help them, and support them in taking the next step.

What you’ll be doing

Following up promptly with warm leads by telephone, text and WhatsApp
Having friendly, consultative conversations about each person’s goals and challenges
Explaining the benefits of our 28-Day Challenge clearly and confidently
Handling common questions and concerns with empathy
Booking appointments and helping suitable prospects join the programme
Updating our CRM accurately so every contact’s progress is clearly recorded
Following an agreed sales process and maintaining regular follow-up
Working towards individual sales and conversion targets
Communicating with the local studio team to ensure a smooth experience for new members

What we’re looking for

You don’t necessarily need experience in the fitness industry, but you must be comfortable speaking with people and helping them make decisions.

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous experience in sales, customer service, membership sales or telephone-based work
Be warm, confident and engaging on the phone
Show genuine empathy for each person’s individual situation
Be comfortable asking for the sale and working towards targets
Be highly organised and reliable
Follow up consistently without being pushy
Be confident using a CRM and keeping accurate records
Be self-motivated and capable of working effectively from home
Have a quiet home-working environment and reliable internet connection
Be available at times when prospective members are most likely to answer, including some evenings

Experience within fitness, health, wellbeing or a female-focused business would be helpful, but it is not essential. Full training on our programme, systems and sales process will be provided.

Hours and benefits

Approximately 10–15 hours per week

About Fitter Body Ladies

Fitter Body Ladies provides supportive, ladies-only small-group personal training for women over 30. Our members often come to us feeling nervous, lacking confidence or having struggled with conventional gyms, so every conversation must be handled with patience, understanding and encouragement.

This role would suit someone who enjoys helping people, loves achieving results and understands that excellent sales is about listening, building trust and recommending the right solution.
