About us

Let Us Connect Ltd is a remote outbound sales team supporting financial advisers across the UK through qualified lead generation. We're a straight-talking, results-focused business — no corporate fluff, no unnecessary layers, just a team of skilled salespeople working from home and earning well for doing it.

We're growing, and we're looking for experienced outbound callers who want to be part of something that rewards them fairly.

What your day looks like

You'll work from home, making outbound calls via an automated dialler, engaging prospects in genuine conversations, and generating qualified hot-key leads for our adviser partners. You'll be trusted to manage your own performance — no one is going to stand over you — and you'll be supported by coaches who have actually done the job themselves.

What we're offering

A solid basic salary with monthly performance commission on top — clear, transparent, and paid on time
Fully remote — work from home anywhere in the UK, or abroad if that suits you
Monday to Friday only — your weekends are entirely your own, no exceptions

Who we're looking for

You have at least 1 year of outbound telesales, cold calling, or lead generation behind you. You're confident handling objections, motivated by results, and at your best when you're trusted to get on with things rather than managed every step of the way. You want a role where consistency pays off — literally.

If you can talk, listen, handle a knock-back without sulking, and find your own laptop — you're basically already overqualified. Apply now.

Monday to Thursday: 9.15am GMT to 6.15pm GMT

Friday: 9.15am GMT to 3.00pm GMT

NO WEEKENDS

Experience required

Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
Cold calling: 1 year (preferred)
Outbound calling: 1 year (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£54,980.00 per year
