Job Title: Digital marketing specialist UK Job Type:

Full-Time Reporting to: UK Managing Director

About Us:

We are a leading and rapidly expanding dampproofing franchise network in the UK. We currently support a thriving network of 20 franchisees and have ambitious plans to double in size every 12 months. We are looking for a commercially minded, highly driven Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our digital strategy and be the engine behind our franchise network's growth.

The Role:

Reporting directly to the UK Managing Director, you will be responsible for leading all angles of our digital marketing strategy. We need a true conversion professional—someone who understands how to turn clicks into customers and leads into franchisees. If you are an absolute specialist in Google Ads (PPC), possess strong web design skills, and have a relentless determination to scale a business, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

PPC & Paid Advertising Mastery:

Architect, manage, and scale highly profitable Google Ads campaigns. You will be our in-house PPC specialist, ensuring maximum ROI and lead generation for both our corporate brand and individual franchisees.

Meta Advertising: Develop and execute targeted Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer inquiries, and franchise recruitment.

Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) & Web Design: Take the lead on web design initiatives, proactively drive SEO, creating high-converting landing pages and optimising the user journey across our website to maximize lead capture.

CRM & Asset Management: Responsible for setting up uniform and marketing images for social media on the in-house CRM system.

Franchisee Communication & Meetings:

Responsible for organising and leading Teams meetings as well as quarterly meetings with the franchisees.

Strategic Franchise Growth:

Design and implement digital marketing strategies specifically aimed at scaling our network, supporting our aggressive goal of doubling our franchisee count every 12 months.

Comprehensive Digital Strategy: Own "all angles" of the digital marketing mix, aligning your strategies with the broader commercial goals of the company.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Create, analyse, and present detailed business reports on campaign performance, marketing spend, and ROI directly to the UK MD.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Commercial Mindset: You think like a business owner. You understand cost-per-acquisition, lifetime value, and how marketing directly impacts the bottom line.

Google Ads Specialist:

Deep, proven expertise in managing high-performing Google Ads (PPC) campaigns. (Google Ads certification is highly desirable).

Web Design Proficiency:

Excellent web design skills with a strong portfolio demonstrating a focus on user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Social Media Advertising:

Proven track record of running successful Meta ad campaigns.Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, generate insightful business reports, and make data-driven decisions.

Drive & Determination:

A highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a growth-focused environment and is excited by the challenge of rapidly scaling a franchise network.

Communication:

Excellent communication skills with the ability to report clearly and effectively to senior leadership and franchisees.
