About Us

Sportika Labs is a youth soccer development project on a mission to make quality sports education accessible to kids across the United States. Our first U.S. academy is up and running in Austin, TX, and we're expanding into new cities — which means we're building a community of passionate coaches across the country.

This isn't just another coaching gig. You'll be part of a coaching network with shared methodology, ongoing development, and direct access to top specialists in youth soccer.

The Role

As a Sportika Labs coach, you'll lead training sessions for kids in your local academy using our proven methodology. We give you the structure, plans, and support — you bring the energy, connection with the kids, and love for the game.

What You Will Do

Run engaging, age-appropriate soccer training sessions for kids

Follow Sportika Labs methodology and session plans (provided)

Build positive relationships with kids and their parents

Track player progress and provide feedback

Represent Sportika Labs values on and off the field

Participate in coach development programs and team meetings

Requirements

Based in the United States (local to one of our academy locations)

Experience working with kids (especially small ages) — you genuinely enjoy it and they respond to you

Soccer background — playing experience, coaching experience, or both

Conversational or fluent English

Strong communication skills and a positive, patient attitude

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice to Have

USSF, UEFA, or other coaching licenses

Experience coaching youth teams or running training sessions

SafeSport certification (or willingness to complete it — we'll guide you)

Bilingual (English + Spanish especially valuable)
