Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, handling inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role involves engaging with diverse customers through various communication channels, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the overall success of our service team. Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable, along with strong communication and analysis skills. Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat platforms.
Maintain accurate data entry records of customer interactions and transactions.
Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints effectively.
Upsell relevant products or services where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
Utilise strong phone etiquette to create a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
Analyse customer feedback and interaction patterns to identify opportunities for service improvement.
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer support.
Support multilingual communication needs by providing assistance in both English and Spanish as required.

Skills

Proven experience in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred; excellent communication skills in both languages are essential.
Strong phone etiquette combined with professional communication skills.
Ability to analyse information effectively and provide suitable solutions swiftly.
Demonstrated upselling capabilities to promote products or services naturally during interactions.
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly yet professional demeanour. This role offers an engaging work environment where your communication skills can make a real difference in customer satisfaction while developing valuable professional experience.
