Full job description

We are seeking a highly organised and dependable individual based in the UK for a flexible, micro-part-time engagement (up to 2 hours per week). This role focuses on providing essential back-office and clerical support, ensuring seamless communication between our management team and external corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities

Managing routine administrative communications via email and telephone during standard UK business hours.
Acting as a designated clerical contact for external institutional partners and service providers.
Maintaining accurate logs and writing brief summaries of all professional correspondence.
Following established corporate guidelines and procedural templates for external communications.
Relaying important updates and messages to the internal management team using standard corporate tools.

Scope of Authority & Compliance To ensure clarity, this is strictly a supportive administrative position. The engaged contractor will act purely in a clerical capacity and will not be authorised to make financial decisions, initiate transactions, sign legal documents, or represent the company in any executive or directorship capacity. Standard right-to-work verification and baseline contractor agreements will be required prior to commencement.

Candidate Requirements

Confirmed residency and legal right to work within the United Kingdom.
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
A professional and polite demeanour for external B2B communications.
Ability to commit to a flexible schedule of up to 2 hours weekly.
A quiet environment for conducting professional business calls.
Strong organisational skills, punctuality, and attention to detail.

Compensation
£15 – £20 per hour, based on relevant administrative experience. The selection process will likely include a short, fully compensated introductory task.

Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour
