Full job description

Job Summary

We are a growing plumbing company looking for a confident and organised Sales & Administration Coordinator to join our team.

The role will involve a combination of sales, cold calling, workflow management and general administration. You will be responsible for contacting potential business clients, following up opportunities, managing information within our CRM and helping ensure the day-to-day workflow of the business runs smoothly.

We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, experienced in sales and cold calling, well organised and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

Cold calling companies and potential business clients
Following up leads and previous conversations
Sending and responding to emails
Managing and updating the company CRM
Managing the day-to-day job workflow
Creating and sending invoices
General administrative duties
Keeping customer and company records up to date
Following up outstanding enquiries and opportunities
Supporting management with day-to-day business operations
Communicating with customers, clients and engineers when required
Keeping accurate records of calls, emails and follow-ups

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ cold calling experience
Minimum 2 years’ sales experience
Strong telephone communication skills
Confident speaking with businesses and decision-makers
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Comfortable using CRM systems
Good general computer skills
Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Professional and confident manner
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Monday-Friday 8:30 am- 5:30 pm

Previous experience within plumbing, construction, property management or a similar industry would be beneficial but is not essential.

Salary & Progression

Starting salary: £30,000 per year

There is strong potential for progression within the company, with the salary increasing up to £45,000 per year based on performance, responsibilities and progression within the role.

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
