WE’RE HIRING — HEALTHY FOOD BAR TEAMWe’re looking for 4 full-time team members to join our healthy food bar: 1 x Food Bar Manager 3 x Food Bar StaffWe’re looking for reliable, hardworking and flexible people who enjoy working in a fast-paced food environment and take pride in great food, cleanliness and customer service. FOOD BAR MANAGER — FULL TIMEThe Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the food bar and ensuring the team, food preparation, customers and stock are all managed effectively.Key responsibilities:Managing and supporting the 3 staff membersOrganising daily tasks and ensuring shifts run smoothlyCooking and food preparationEnsuring food quality and presentation are maintainedTaking customer orders and providing excellent serviceManaging the till and paymentsMonitoring stock levelsOrdering stock and managing deliveriesChecking stock rotation and reducing food wasteEnsuring the kitchen and food bar remain clean and organisedEnsuring food hygiene and health & safety standards are followedOpening and closing the premisesManaging cleaning schedulesTraining and supporting staffDealing with day-to-day customer queriesTaking responsibility for the overall operation of the shopCooking experience is essential. Previous supervisory/management experience in a food environment is highly desirable.The ideal Manager will be organised, confident, responsible, proactive and able to lead by example. FOOD BAR STAFF — 3 FULL-TIME POSITIONSOur Food Bar Staff will be involved in all aspects of running the shop.Responsibilities include: Cooking and food preparation Preparing menu items Taking customer orders Operating the till and handling payments Cleaning the kitchen, equipment and shop Receiving and putting away deliveries Monitoring stock levels Informing the Manager when stock needs replenishing Keeping the food bar clean, organised and presentableFollowing food hygiene and health & safety proceduresHelping with opening and closing dutiesSupporting colleagues during busy periodsCarrying out any other duties required to keep the food bar running smoothlyCooking experience is required. WORKING HOURSMorning Shift: 7:00am – 2:00pmAfternoon/Evening Shift: 2:00pm – 8:00pm30 minute break in-between the shift. Full-time positions available.Flexibility is essential. Staff may be required to work different shifts depending on the needs of the business.
