Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an energetic dining experience! As a vital member of our hospitality crew, you will deliver exceptional service that creates memorable moments for our guests. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and positive attitude will ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and eager to return. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your customer service skills in a lively environment where teamwork and energy drive success.

Duties

Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm and guide them to their tables promptly
Present menus confidently, highlighting specials and answering questions about menu items
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems while maintaining a friendly demeanor
Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring presentation quality and timely delivery
Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any special requests or concerns
Clear tables, reset for new guests, and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area
Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff and fellow servers to deliver smooth service flow
Handle cash or electronic payments accurately and provide detailed receipts

Experience

Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests
Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a lively setting
Basic knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures is a plus
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support peak dining times

Please note that with regards with hourly rate, you will also be paid a share of the Tronc based on a point system. All service charge paid by Guests go entirely in. the Tronc pot and it is entirely distributed to the Team
