Full job description

Join our dynamic team as a Recruitment Administrator and make a real impact on our colleagues' journey from application to onboarding.

Pay Rate/Salary: £18,750 pro rata

Hours: 25 hours per week

Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team at our Head Office based in Warrington.

As our Recruitment Administrator you will play a key role in supporting the full recruitment cycle ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new colleagues.

Your key responsibilities and duties will include:

Creating and posting job advertisements across relevant recruitment platforms
Managing and optimising recruitment campaigns through Indeed
Producing weekly recruitment reports
Building relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment requirements and provide ongoing support
Coordinating the onboarding process for new starters, including right to work checks and maintaining accurate records within the HR system
Processing employment screening and compliance checks, including BS7858 vetting and DBS checks
Monitoring and managing recruitment spend in line with the agreed budget
Attending regular review meetings with recruitment partners, including Indeed and TalentNexus
Issuing contracts of employment and other associated documentation

Requirements:

Previous experience working within a recruitment environment
A good understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR processes
Experience of working within a HR function/team
Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong verbal and written communication skills
The ability to work accurately and efficiently to tight deadlines
A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently
Experience managing budgets

Additional Details:

Part-time position, 25 hours per week
Flexible working hours to support work-life balance
Monday to Friday working pattern
Hybrid working arrangements available
Minimum requirement of three days per week in the office
