About Elevate FM:

Elevate FM is a growing national facilities management and property maintenance company, delivering reactive, planned and specialist maintenance services to commercial customers across the UK.

Our vision is simple:

To make our customers' lives easier.

As part of our continued growth, we're expanding our in-house pest control division and are looking for an experienced Pest Control Technician to join the team.

This is an opportunity to join a growing division with an established portfolio of commercial customers and regular planned maintenance work already in place.

The Role:

You'll be responsible for delivering a combination of planned preventative pest control visits and reactive pest control services across your region.

Your diary will include regular scheduled visits to commercial customer sites, alongside reactive call-outs, follow-up treatments and recommendations for additional pest prevention works.

We're looking for someone who can manage their own regional workload, build strong relationships with customers and represent Elevate FM to a consistently high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out scheduled pest control PPM visits across a defined regional customer portfolio
Attend reactive pest control call-outs
Identify, investigate and treat pest activity
Carry out follow-up visits and monitor treatment effectiveness
Install and maintain pest monitoring and control equipment
Identify pest entry points and recommend proofing or preventative works
Complete accurate digital service reports following every visit
Maintain appropriate pesticide, equipment and vehicle stocks
Ensure all treatments are carried out safely and in accordance with relevant legislation and industry best practice
Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, treatments and recommendations
Identify opportunities where Elevate FM can provide additional pest control or facilities management support

What We're Looking For:

Ideally, you'll already have experience working independently as a Pest Control Technician within commercial environments.

You'll need:

RSPH Level 2 Award in Pest Management or equivalent recognised qualification
Previous pest control experience
Good knowledge of common UK pest species and appropriate treatment methods
A full UK driving licence
Strong customer service and communication skills
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a regional workload
Confidence using mobile technology to complete job reports and documentation
A proactive approach to identifying and resolving problems

Experience of commercial pest control contracts, pest proofing and working across multi-site customer portfolios would be particularly beneficial.
