Job Overview
HomeVision Services is a National TV Aerial Satellite, CCTV, & Wall Mounting company seeking a driven and passionate Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in fast-paced environments and are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their enquiries and helping them find the best solutions.

Location: Warlingham CR6 9AT must be able to commute

Responsibilities

Answer inbound sales calls and actively listen to customer enquiries
Advise customers on the most suitable services based on their needs
Create and book appointments accurately while securing the necessary details
Provide after-sales support and answer any follow-up questions from customers
Ensure all job records and customer interactions are documented precisely
Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring satisfaction is always a top priority
Maintain a proactive approach to solving customer issues and ensuring smooth service delivery
Work 45 hours per week with the opportunity for overtime
Monday - Saturday (Saturdays on rotation with a day off in the week when working a Saturday) 9am-6pm

Qualifications

Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills
Strong phone manner with the ability to remain calm, friendly, and efficient under pressure
Experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred but not required (full training provided)
Ability to accurately handle bookings and job-related documentation
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and delivering a positive experience
