Full job description

We're currently looking for a Technical Support Advisor to join Project EV on a temporary contract for 4-5 weeks. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding customer service and expert technical guidance to help customers get the very best from our market-leading products.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for customers with technical queries.
Apply product knowledge to quickly identify solutions for customers.
Provide clear, step-by-step guidance to solve customer queries.
Log and track all customer interactions in the CRM system.
Escalate complex issues to engineers when needed.
Work closely with other departments to enhance the customer journey.
Report recurring issues and FAQs to the Technical Manager to improve processes.
Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring queries are handled professionally and efficiently.
Drive positive customer feedback across Trustpilot, Google and other platforms.

Experience in technical support, EV, electrical or networking roles is advantageous.

Additional Information

This position is being offered on a temporary 4-5 week contract to support current business requirements. There may be an opportunity for the role to become permanent following the contract period, subject to workload and business needs.
