Salary/Benefits: Earnings are to £14.06 including average anticipated tronc.

Hours: Part Time

Shift pattern: Flexible shifts working any 2 days out of 7 for part time, or 5 days out of 7 for full time.

Hours per week: The role carries a permanent contract with a minimum contract of 8 hours per week for part time or 20 hours for full time.

We are seeking an outgoing and enthusiastic individual with waiting experience for the role of Bar Restaurant Waiter / Waitress to deliver exceptional service to our guests.

CONTRACT AND PAY RATE

Earnings are to £15.67 including average anticipated tronc.

Part Time - Permanet contract with typical hours of 8-12 hours per week. Usually shifts will be 18:00-23:30, working any 2 days out of 7.

Full Time - Permanet contract with typical hours of 20-30 hours per week. Usually shifts will be 18:00-23:30, working any 5 days out of 7.

PRIMARY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Carry out the role of a waiter/waitress in our Bar and Grill, providing table service, taking guest orders and running large trays of delicious food to guest tables.
Create memorable dining experiences through genuine conversation with personalised food and beverage recommendations
Work closely with the Kitchen team to ensure the effective flow of communication.
maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our food and beverage menu, including allergens, to guide guests choices

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

The successful applicant will have/be:

At least 1 year working experience, ideally in a hospitality environment.
have an outgoing personality with effective communication skills.
Willing and able to pour, serve and sell alcohol.
An enthusiastic individual who will promote our culture of positivity.
Be task oriented with a great pride for the work they do and attention to detail.
Flexible with shift patterns and available around the needs of our business.
Successful candidates must demonstrate having researched our brand and a genuine desire to be part of our team.

Train: About a 10 minute walk from Manchester Airport station, with frequent direct services from Manchester Piccadilly and across the North West.
Tram: Metrolink Blue Line runs from Victoria via Central Manchster to the airport main station (approximately 10 minute walk away)
Bus: Bee Network routes (43, 103, 130, 199, 248, 288, 313, 368) serve the airport; some stop a few minutes from the hotel, others at the main station (approximately 10 minutes walk away)
Car: No on-site team parking; public transport is recommended.
Cycling: Good local routes; secure bike storage available at the team entrance.
