Job Description
Bard & Blackwood is a leading manufacturer of bespoke luxury furniture and interiors, creating exceptional pieces for prestigious residential and commercial projects. Due to continued growth, we are looking for motivated individuals to join our workshop.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the role you will gain knowledge on:

Manufacturing and assembling bespoke furniture and joinery items.
Preparing timber and components for finishing and assembly.
Sanding furniture and joinery products to a high-quality finish.
Operating woodworking machinery safely and efficiently.
Applying paint, lacquer, stain, and other finishes to exacting standards.
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Conducting quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet production schedules and customer expectations.

What We're Looking For

A genuine interest in woodworking, furniture manufacturing, joinery, or hands-on craftsmanship.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
Good attention to detail and a desire to produce high-quality work.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
Practical and hands-on, with a keen interest in working with tools and machinery.
Eager to develop knowledge of furniture production processes and workshop practices.
Able to follow instructions and work safely within a manufacturing environment.
A strong work ethic and enthusiasm for building a long-term career within a skilled trade.

Hours
Full time, 40 hours a week, 7:00 – 3:30.

Pay: £22,570.00-£26,437.00 per year
