Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team! Duties

Manage daily office operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
Maintain accurate records through data entry, file management, and document organization using Microsoft Office, Outlook
Support team members with administrative tasks such as typing correspondence, preparing reports, and managing office supplies
Phone etiquette to provide clear communication and excellent customer service

Requirements

Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role within an office setting
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
