Overview

We are seeking a talented and professional Nail Technician/Beauty Therapist to join our vibrant salon team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for beauty treatments and exceptional customer service skills. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your expertise in nail care and beauty therapy within a welcoming environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatments, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace. Previous experience in makeup application, customer service, and strong communication skills are highly desirable. Fluency in English is essential to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

Provide a range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and creativity
Deliver professional beauty treatments such as makeup application tailored to clients’ preferences
Offer personalised consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with health and safety regulations
Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service and personalised care
Keep treatment areas organised, stocked, and sanitised at all times
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products through ongoing training and development
Ensure all treatments are performed efficiently while maintaining quality standards

Requirements

Proven experience as a Nail Technician or Beauty Therapist with relevant qualifications recognised within the industry
Strong skills in makeup application and nail artistry
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
Outstanding communication skills to understand client needs and provide professional advice
Ability to work well within a team whilst also demonstrating independence and initiative
Organised with attention to detail to ensure hygiene standards are upheld at all times
Passionate about the beauty industry with a keen interest in continuous learning and professional development
Valid certifications or licences required by local regulations for beauty therapy or nail services
