Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will oversee daily administrative operations, streamline processes, and support various departments to ensure smooth and efficient business functions. Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate administrative tasks to support daily operations across departments
Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, ensuring data integrity and accessibility
Facilitate effective communication within teams by preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence in clear English
Assist in scheduling meetings, organizing files, and handling office logistics to optimize workflow
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
Support IT-related tasks such as troubleshooting basic issues with Microsoft Office applications or coordinating with technical support when needed
Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions to enhance operational productivity

Qualifications

Proven experience in office administration or related roles with a strong emphasis on organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential
Excellent communication skills in English
Prior experience with customer service or client-facing interactions is preferred
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
Basic IT knowledge to troubleshoot common software issues or assist with system updates
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Must have full UK driving licence
