Full job description

Job Overview

We are seeking highly organized, proactive Dental Laboratory Coordinator / Administrator to join our team! In this role, you will serve as the central hub for managing daily coordination within the dental laboratory, ensuring seamless communication between staff, clients, Your energetic approach will help streamline workflows, coordinate laboratory activities, and maintain an efficient administrative environment, booking in and invoicing out the work of the laboratory,

Duties

Coordinate the daily workflow, working closely with the dental laboratory teams, schedule laboratory work
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, phone and email with professional phone etiquette, liaise with dental practices regarding case requirements.
Manage incoming orders, data entry, and record-keeping using Lab trac software
Invoicing out all completed work on Lab trac software
Packaging of work for postage and delivery drivers
Communication with delivery drivers on new case collections
Support stock ordering and distribution to teams
Preparing packaging materials and labels
Maintaining reception appearance
Ensure accurate data entry and clerical documentation.

Requirements:

Excellent organizational & administrative skills with attention to detail
Strong IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills
Prior administrative experience in a healthcare or dental setting is preferred but not required
Exceptional phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Ability to perform data entry efficiently with high accuracy.
Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Handle customer concerns professionally and proactively.
Desirable :
Previous experience working in a dental laboratory or dental practice
Knowledge of dental workflows and terminology
Accounts knowledge

Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 18.0 – 30.0 per week
