Full job description

Job Summary

Rig Systems is located just outside of Okehampton on the edge of Dartmoor National Park, Devon. The Company is a leading provider of Safety, Access and Rescue training and equipment provision to UK and overseas clients.

We are looking to appoint a full or part time Office Administrator who will be part of a small team to assist to drive efficiencies and help to meet our customers’ expectations.

Company Open Hours Mon – Thurs: 08.30 am to 5:30 pm

Fri: 08.30 am to 3:00 pm

Key Tasks:

To support the office manager with the day to day running of co-ordinating and arrangements for training and equipment sales provision.
To deal with incoming and make outgoing calls, including assisting with the issuing of information to clients and suppliers.
To maintain manual and electronic filing systems.
To input data on the company’s training management system and to raise and post invoices, book and schedule courses, manage payment for courses, issue client training certificates.
To support the planning, scheduling and sales of training courses in conjunction with the Office Manager

Required Skills:

Must have excellent organisational and communication skills. IT skills to include Microsoft Office software packages, word, excel, outlook and powerpoint.
The ability to prioritise tasks where required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £26,500.00 per year
