Full job description

Overview

Join the BCS North team as an Airbnb Apartment Cleaner and help create exceptional first impressions for guests. Every apartment you clean plays a key role in delivering a five-star guest experience. This is a rewarding role for someone who takes pride in high standards, works efficiently, and enjoys preparing beautiful apartments ready for each new arrival.

You'll be responsible for ensuring every property is spotless, fully stocked, and presented to hotel-quality standards. No two days are the same, with flexible working around guest check-outs and check-ins across a range of modern apartments.

Responsibilities

Complete full turnover cleans between guest stays to a consistently high standard
Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas, ensuring every surface is sanitised and presented perfectly
Change beds using fresh linen and make beds to a hotel standard
Restock guest consumables such as toiletries, tea, coffee, milk, toilet rolls and cleaning essentials
Carry out property checks and report any maintenance issues, damage or missing items
Ensure apartments are guest-ready before scheduled check-in times
Follow company cleaning procedures and quality standards at every property
Use cleaning equipment and products safely and responsibly
Complete digital cleaning reports, including photographs where required
Work independently while maintaining excellent communication with the Operations Team

Requirements

Previous cleaning experience is preferred (hotel, Airbnb, domestic or commercial), although full training can be provided
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering five-star standards
Reliable, trustworthy and punctual
Able to work independently and manage your workload efficiently
Physically able to carry out cleaning duties, including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods
Comfortable using a smartphone to complete reports and receive schedules
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable for some locations
Must have the right to work in the UK

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
