About TILTED

TILTED is a small social media agency working with a portfolio of retained clients across interiors, lifestyle and design-led brands. We create thoughtful, social-first content that helps our clients grow their brands, and we're looking for an organised, proactive Social Media Manager to help bring those plans to life.

The Role

We're looking for someone to own the day-to-day delivery of our client accounts.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys bringing order to busy projects. You'll take approved strategies and turn them into organised content plans, identify what assets are needed, brief our creative team, write captions, coordinate content production and ensure everything is delivered on time.

You won't be responsible for developing strategy or leading client meetings. Instead, you'll work closely with the Creative Director and our freelance team to make sure every moving part, from planning through to publication, runs smoothly.

Success in this role comes down to organisation, attention to detail and the ability to keep multiple projects moving without missing a deadline.

Hours: 9am–3pm, four days per week (any four weekdays of your choosing)

Location: Hybrid, with a mix of home working and our office in Great Gonerby, Grantham, Lincolnshire.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day delivery of multiple client social media accounts, ensuring content calendars, deadlines and deliverables remain on track.
Turn approved strategies into clear content plans and publishing schedules.
Identify the creative assets required for each campaign and prepare clear briefs for designers, videographers and freelance creatives.
Coordinate content shoot days, ensuring shot lists align with planned content and assets are captured efficiently.
Manage the flow of content from shoot through to edit, approval, scheduling and publication.
Write engaging captions that reflect each client's tone of voice and marketing objectives.
Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
Manage influencer partnerships, tracking outreach, gifting, deadlines and communications.
Support community management by responding to messages where appropriate and escalating enquiries when needed.
Maintain planning documents, trackers and reports, ensuring everything is accurate and up to date.
Spot risks to deadlines early and proactively resolve issues before they become problems.

What We're Looking For

At least two years' experience in social media, content marketing or a similar marketing role.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong project management skills and excellent attention to detail.
Confident writing captions across a range of brands and adapting to different tones of voice.
Able to brief creative work clearly and communicate effectively with designers, videographers and freelancers.
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of delivery.
Calm under pressure and able to adapt when priorities change.
Experience using social media scheduling tools and project management software.
Design, photography or video editing skills are a bonus but not essential.
