Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Admin to join our vibrant sales team! In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring smooth processes and exceptional support for our sales professionals. Your energetic approach and organizational prowess will help drive efficiency, enhance customer interactions, and contribute to the overall success of our business. Duties

Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) software to track sales activities, leads, and client information with precision.
Prepare sales reports and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word to support team meetings and strategic planning sessions.
Coordinate sales documentation, including quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Assist in scheduling appointments, follow-ups, and meetings for the sales team utilizing Microsoft Outlook and calendar tools.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, maintaining professional communication at all times.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping using computer literacy skills across various platforms.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes using IT tools like Sage accounting software and other relevant systems.

Experience

Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role within a fast-paced environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) along with excellent computer skills.
Experience working with CRM software to manage customer data and sales pipelines effectively.
Familiarity with Sage accounting software or similar financial management tools is a plus.
Exceptional communication skills in English—both written and verbal—enabling clear interaction with clients and team members.
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively.
Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is highly desirable.
