Lettings & Maintenance Coordinator

West Way Lettings Ltd
- Billingham
- Part-Time
- 8–10 Hours Per Week with potential to increase as we grow. (9am-1pm, Thursday Friday)

About Us

West Way Lettings Ltd is a growing and proactive lettings agency looking for a reliable, organised, and motivated individual to join our team on a part-time basis.

This role will primarily focus on coordinating and managing property maintenance issues across our managed portfolio. You will act as a key point of contact between tenants, landlords, and contractors, ensuring repairs and maintenance matters are handled efficiently and professionally.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within the property industry, with the potential for increased hours and progression as the company continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Handling tenant enquiries via phone, email, and in person
Managing and coordinating maintenance requests
Logging repair works and scheduling contractors
Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors regarding ongoing works
Chasing quotations, invoices, and completed jobs
Maintaining accurate tenant and property records
Assisting with tenancy paperwork and administration
Supporting property viewings and move-in/move-out processes when required
Ensuring company procedures and compliance standards are followed
Assisting with general office administration duties
Upkeep of office space.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in property, administration, customer service, or maintenance coordination would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training can be provided
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional and customer-focused approach
Positive attitude with strong attention to detail
