Job description: Office Administration Assistant

Location: Ledbury
Hours: 40hours, 9:00am – 5:00pm (including 30-minute unpaid break)
Contract Type: Full-time
Salary: £27,000-£27,500

Job Summary

Willys ACV Ltd is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Administration Assistant to oversee the day-to-day operations and administrative tasks of the business. This is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining accurate records, producing timely management information, and supporting the team across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Processing sales and purchase orders accurately and efficiently
Preparing and issuing customer invoices alongside supporting documentation
Preparing & issuing customers invoices alongside supporting documents
Liaising with suppliers, customers, and international head office colleagues
Providing general office and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
Assisting with looking after clients and guests and day to day tasks across various sectors of the business
Assist with orders & answering company phones

Applicants to this role require

Competent using Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word and Excel.
Previous experience within a similar office-based role, assisting the administration role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload effectively and prioritise tasks
Comfortable working independently while also collaborating as part of a team
High level of attention to detail
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
