Part-Time Office Administrator

Location: Market Harborough
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 20–30 hours per week, Monday to Friday (between 9:00am and 3:00pm)

Join Our Team

Football Development Schools is looking for an experienced and highly organised Office Administrator to join our busy head office team in Market Harborough.

This is not a quiet reception or data entry role. Every day is fast-paced, with a constant flow of emails, phone calls, enquiries from parents and coaches, scheduling, problem solving and supporting the management team.

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being busy, can remain calm under pressure and takes pride in keeping everything organised.

A Typical Day Could Include

Managing a busy shared email inbox
Answering telephone calls and responding to customer enquiries
Coordinating coaches, venues and weekly schedules
Producing letters, reports and professional correspondence
Updating databases and internal systems
Processing paperwork accurately and efficiently
Supporting the management team with day-to-day operations
General office administration

We're Looking For Someone Who

Has previous office administration experience
Is highly organised and can prioritise multiple tasks without supervision
Is confident using Microsoft Office, email systems and databases
Has excellent typing and computer skills
Has outstanding attention to detail
Communicates professionally by phone and email
Enjoys working in a fast-moving office where priorities change throughout the day
Is reliable, proactive and enjoys taking responsibility

Essential Requirements

Previous administration experience
Excellent IT and computer skills
Fast and accurate typing ability
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
