Watt Health Ltd - Evening Clinic Receptionist Role

Sarisbury Green Clinic: 168a Bridge Road, Southampton

Part time roles available from September 2026

Monday 18:15 - 20:45

Tuesday 18:15 - 20:45

Thursday 18:15 - 20:45

Additional Holiday / Sickness cover available throughout the week and Saturdays

Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:30 and Saturday 09:00-14:00.

Not a prerequisite but preferable to have some flexibility and availability to cover.

Are you an enthusiastic, friendly and self motivated individual looking to join a forever growing Private Healthcare Clinic? We are a modern, clean, young, family run clinic working across two locations in Southampton.

Job Role:

Front of house, patient facing receptionist and administrator for a progressive, multidisciplinary private Healthcare Clinic. The evening shifts will be whilst small group exercise classes are in the studio and for late night clinical appointments.

An example of some of expected tasks:

Patient phone calls
Emails
Rebooking’s / cancellations of patients
Insurance billing
Staff invoicing
Patient Invoice receipts
Recall List
Social Media management
Equipment stock list and ordering
Clinician diary Management
Pilates & health class management & bookings
Scanning
Insurance coding and invoices on system once billing sent
Meeting and greeting patients

Job Specification

Ability to prioritise, schedule and multi-task
Confident using word, excel, and electronic booking systems
Maintain a professional and clean clinical area
Confident on the phones

Preferrable:

Basic First Aid training

As mentioned this is a part time role for an evening receptionist but additional hours for holiday and sickness cover throughout the day and weekends are available.

Competitive rates of pay will be discussed at Interview, which will be on an employed basis and paid monthly.
