Overview

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Housekeeper and play a vital role in creating a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment for our guests. This energetic position offers the opportunity to contribute to an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout our property. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and take pride in your attention to detail, this is the perfect role for you to showcase your skills and passion for hospitality. Weekend availability is important to the role.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness standards.
Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels to provide a fresh environment for every guest.
Maintain cleanliness of common areas including lobbies, corridors, and recreational spaces by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards.
Follow established safety protocols and cleaning procedures to ensure a hygienic environment for guests and staff alike.
Restock cleaning carts with necessary supplies and ensure all equipment is properly maintained for optimal performance.
Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans during scheduled intervals to uphold the highest standards of hygiene.

Qualifications

Previous hotel experience or hospitality background is highly preferred.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Experience in janitorial work or general cleaning roles is advantageous.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout shifts.
Positive attitude with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
